Automatic carcass classification

We have equipment to inspect the carcasses automatically after the animal has been eviscerated, detecting the following quality defects at a single inspection point:

Sex of the animal
Contamination (fecal, bile, pus,…)
Other qualitative aspects

This equipment allows to automatically carry out the inspection work up to four operators per shift.
