We have machine vision equipment to automate inspection in packaging that guarantees the integrity of the of sealing, detecting:

  • Entrapments in the welding area (transparent or color printed films, including grease and interleaver entrapment)
  • Punctured containers, cracked trays
  • Warped tray
  • Bubbles and chimneys
  • Entrapment in zipper (doypack bag)
  • Quality defects in the packaged product (broken slices, contamination, foreign bodies,…)
