High RGB vision performance

We incorporate high-performance machine vision systems within the visible RGB range into our inspection equipment.
We work with leading camera and lighting system manufacturers, which, combined with advanced INSPECTRA programming scripts, allows us to offer the best performance and robustness with this type of vision.
Our technology allows us to capture clear images of the production process regardless of lighting conditions and production speed.

Artificial intelligence


Easy AI® allows us to program our inspection equipment based on images of different quality defects or product categories, enabling the detection of plastics and other previously undetectable foreign bodies and the full automation of quality control.
The centralized, high-speed neural network processing architecture allows process monitoring without the limitations of human factors (subjectivity, tiredness, fatigue, physical limitations, etc.). The technology allows processing the same image through different neural networks, or processing images from different cameras with the same neural network.
Easy AI® processes data locally, preserving the privacy and know-how of our clients’ neural networks. The technology enables full production traceability and the optimization of artificial intelligence programs.
We have accumulated extensive experience and case studies in the food industry, allowing us to achieve the highest performance with neural networks.
Hyperspectral - monospectral vision

Our equipment can optionally incorporate INSPECTRA CHP® hyperspectral- monospectral vision technology for advanced inspections.
NIR/SWIR vision, above the visible range in the electromagnetic spectrum, can detect defects that cannot be seen in sight, and is also capable of inspecting through some packaging films with opaque inks.
Hyperspectral inspection processing requires high processing power, which our electronic architectures handle efficiently and in a very short time.
This technology allows to detect complex welding defects in packaging or foreign bodies that can not be distinguished by RGB and AI processing.

High-speed vision and performance


Our high-speed INSPECTRA HSP®, technology enables us to offer the fastest in- line inspection speeds on the market.
Our extensive experience in the development of innovative inspection equipment for the most demanding production processes in the food industry has enabled us to develop and optimise the most advanced processing hardware and software architectures. We include parallelisation technology with an efficient distribution of processing threads with state-of-the-art hardware.
The high speeds and performance of our equipment allow us to process multiple artificial intelligence neural networks simultaneously and respond to rejection systems in very short timescales.
RFID technology and code readers

For applications requiring RFID traceability, such as carcass inspection and grading in slaughterhouses or boxed product grading in cutting rooms, we integrate RFID readers into our equipment.
In other applications where traceability is associated with barcodes, QR codes, or any other type of code using label reading, we also integrate code readers to manage product traceability and coding, along with INSPECTRA’s machine vision technology.
